Cobalamin Tonic

    Okay UMPS,

    I am officially sharing my morning coffee recipe.

    1. Fill a coffee mug with a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
    2. Add a tablespoon of pure maple syrup ( sometime 2)
    3. Mix it in until you get the powder completely wet
    4. Pour Hot Coffee over the top
    5. Enjoy an accelerator for your morning. 

    The more you mix the cocoa and syrup the higher chance you will have some nice foam on the top.  This drink is high in cobalt hence the name and has a hormone balancing effect.
